New lathe
Trumf Trulaser 3030
Our company offers high quality innovative device, used for laser firing sheets metal by Trumpf Trulaser Company 3030 (L20) with Tru Tops software. Resonator power 4000kW. The laser was co-funded by European Union.
Laser burning allows to obtain accurate, repeatable and highly qualitative metal elements of any shapes. The resulting patterns are equipped with smooth edges and do not require additional processing.
Our machine park
We have a complete machinery and plant stock that allows us to accept any complex commission from the metal industry.
Our machines ensure the implementation of the following works:
- laser cutting of black steel up to 16 mm and sheets of acid-resistant up to 5 mm
- banding on the CNC banding brakes
- guillotine cutting up to 6mm thick
- welding
- welding of elements
- machining (mailling, turing)
- cutting on the band saw machines
- knocking on eccentric presses
- surface grinding and threading

About the company
The company “RAFI” – Alicja Mielcarek launched its operations on 15 February 2001 as a manufacturer and trader based on the already existing company run by Lech Skrzypek Senior. The footage of the production shops is 2 370 square metres of which the newly constructed shop is of 1 920 sq m large. Our workforce comprises 48 skilled and experienced workers.
As a result of successive lowering of production costs we can now offer low and stable prices to our customers at the same time guaranteeing high quality of our products. We offer a full line of services in processing, cutting and forming metals including welding and other metal jointing technologies.
Certificates
For a number of years we have had a Quality Certificate for the whole of the production process granted by BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION entailing the production of fireplace inserts, strongboxes and safes and other metal products.
Our production, services and customer care are certified along the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008 called “Systeme der Managements mit der Qualität” that covers all cycles, production and management stages of “RAFI” – from the very moment of order placement until the final product is shipped to the customer – accredited across Western Europe.
We also hold a Certificate “Welding of rail stock and of rail stock parts” in accordance with the standard DIN EN 15085-2, certification level CL-1, which authorises us to make welding works on structures that carry dynamic and static loads and which we were awarded by the German certifying TÜV unit SÜD Industrie Service GmbH.

History of “RAFI”
The family company “LECH” – Lech Skrzypek – started its business on 15 May 1982 as a production and trading company. In the first phase of development we manufactured chiefly for the motor industry. As the company grew up the production expanded with fireplace inserts, safes and strongboxes for export and other metal items.
The company „RAFI” Alicja Mielcarek began manufacturing operations on 15 February 2001 as a continuity of production processes initiated by Lech Skrzypek. It was a workforce of 8 when we began; now we employ 6 times that many – labour of 48.
